We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Telesales Executive
for a leading real estate company in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into clients for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or self-generated leads.
- Present, promote, and sell real estate properties (off-plan and ready) via phone.
- Build rapport with prospects and understand their property needs and investment preferences.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and call outcomes.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients and ensure high conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Handle objections professionally and provide clear information to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales (experience in real estate is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong persuasive skills and confident telephone etiquette.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
