Whizz HR is hiring an Interior Designer / Architectural Designer in Dubai!
Requirement
s:Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fiel
d.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior design, architectural design, or fit-out project
s.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotio
n.
Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and construction detaili
ng.
Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings, working drawings, and design presentati
ons.
Experience
in residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects is an advan
tage.
Familiarity with local building regulations, standards, and fit-out require
ments.
Strong visualization, creative design, and problem-solving
skills
.Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project
teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet de
adlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Pow
erPoint).Portfolio showcasing completed design projects is
required.
Key Respons
ibilities:Develop interior and architectural design concepts based on client req
uirements.
Prepare layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and presentation
materials.
Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and constructio
n documents.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers during proje
ct execution.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspection
s as required.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, budgets, and applicab
le regulat
ions.
Preferred:UAE experience in interior fit-out and reno
vation projects.
