Overview
**Job Title:** Sales Coordinator **- Advertising Experience is a MUST**
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, tracking ongoing campaigns, and ensuring client needs are met promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations between the sales team and clients.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and advertising materials for potential clients.
- Track client requests and project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met across departments (sales, design, production, etc.).
- Maintain CRM databases and keep accurate client interactions, sales metrics, and campaign performance records.
- Act as a liaison between sales, operation, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and providing insights into sales performance and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales coordinator and account management role in an advertising agency.
- Knowledge of the advertising industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in project timelines and deliverables.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of fabric and printing materials & tasks.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
