Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities, customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Prepare transport, heavy-vehicle, and machinery-rental quotations and proposals.
- Maintain customer master data, quotations, vehicle orders, and sales reports using the company ERP system.
- Follow up on quotations, customer approvals, rental agreements, and business opportunities.
- Communicate vehicle, equipment, driver/operator, and site safety requirements to customers and operations teams.
- Maintain HSE records and coordinate safety requirements for client sites, including ADNOC and other oil and gas projects where applicable.
Qualifications and requirements
- The description requests 7–8 years of related field experience with ADNOC compliance; the experience listing says seven years is preferred.
- A related master’s or bachelor’s degree is requested; the separate education listing marks a bachelor’s degree as preferred.
- Hands-on ERP experience is mandatory.
- Previous HSE experience in transport is required.
- NEBOSH certification is preferred; the listing specifies a NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety as preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 7,000–8,000 per month; the description also says salary is TBD.
