Seeking a proactive, organized Transport Sales Coordinator with transport and heavy equipment rental experience, hands-on ERP knowledge, and HSE experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities, customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Prepare transport, heavy vehicle, and machinery rental quotations and proposals.
- Maintain customer master data, quotations, vehicle orders, and sales reports using the company ERP system.
- Follow up on quotations, customer approvals, rental agreements, and potential business opportunities.
- Communicate relevant safety requirements to customers and operational teams.
- Ensure vehicle, equipment, driver/operator, and site safety requirements are communicated and followed up.
- Maintain HSE records and coordinate safety requirements for client sites, including ADNOC and other oil and gas projects where applicable.
Qualifications and requirements
- 7–8 years of related experience in the same field with ADNOC compliance.
- Hands-on ERP systems experience is mandatory.
- Previous HSE experience in transport.
- A related master's or bachelor's degree.
- NEBOSH certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is listed as preferred in the education details.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
- Company SIM and mobile allowances are listed; other benefits are as per UAE law.
