Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Coordinator

to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator

✔ Proven experience working with

Adnoc

,

DEWA

, and other government/semi-government entities

✔ Strong knowledge of tendering, RFQ management, and procurement processes

✔ Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

✔ Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations
  • Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
  • Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and purchase orders
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
