Sales Coordinator supporting a sales and business development team.
The role coordinates customers, sales staff, and internal technical departments.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage incoming inquiries, leads, and customer requests; maintain customer and prospect CRM records.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
- Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and follow-ups.
- Track opportunities, proposals, purchase orders, and deal status; follow up on quotations, proposals, renewals, and pending requirements.
- Assist with cybersecurity product and service documentation; identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements and skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience.
- IT and cybersecurity knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- CRM tool experience is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare professional emails, quotations, and proposals.

- Salary depends on experience.
