Support the sales and business development team by coordinating sales activities, customer communications, proposals, CRM records, and internal coordination.
The role supports an IT infrastructure and cybersecurity business.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle sales inquiries, leads, and customer requests; maintain customer and prospect CRM records.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to understand customer needs and prepare solutions.
- Arrange client meetings, demonstrations, technical discussions, and follow-ups.
- Track opportunities, proposals, purchase orders, and deal status; follow up on quotations, renewals, and pending requirements.
- Assist with cybersecurity product and service documentation, and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to prepare professional emails, quotations, and proposals.
- Accounting knowledge is preferred; Zoho Books is listed as a skill.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 2,500–3,000 per month; the description also separately lists AED 3,000.
Workplace
- Work from office; work location is in person in Dubai.
