Full-time Sales Coordinator supporting sales of inspection, training, and certification services in Dubai.
The company provides third-party inspection and certification for lifting, pressure, and access equipment, elevators, escalators, and other industrial machinery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up quotations for inspection, training, and certification services.
- Coordinate client inquiries, proposals, and service scheduling.
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases; generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Support sales revenue targets and coordinate with operations and technical departments for service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and management updates; assist with tender submissions and contract documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least two years of sales coordination or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in inspection, certification, training, or technical services is an advantage.
Preferred qualifications
- UAE experience in B2B sales coordination is preferred.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Knowledge of inspection, testing, certification, or HSE training services is preferred.
