We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Sales Coordination Engineer
- specializing in Commercial Refrigeration to join our team in ME based in KSA.
- In this role, you will serve as the technical expert supporting customers, Sales teams, and product development efforts.
- Your main responsibility will be to provide technical solutions, application support, and system design expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal product performance in diverse commercial refrigeration applications, such as supermarkets, convenience stores, cold storage, and food service environments.
- Provide technical application support to Customers, sales teams, distributors, and end-users for commercial refrigeration systems and components.
- Review customer specifications and project requirements to design refrigeration solutions including load calculations, equipment selection, and piping schematics.
- Prepare accurate project quotations by selecting and configuring appropriate refrigeration equipment and materials.
- Support sales by following up on quotations, providing technical clarifications, and assisting with commercial negotiations.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and advancements in refrigeration technologies such as natural refrigerants and low-GWP alternatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop detailed system layouts and technical submittals required for execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC&R, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 5-years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration or application engineering roles.
- Strong technical understanding of refrigeration systems, including thermodynamics, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks, Microsoft Office Suite, and system design or load calculation software.
- Familiar with regional refrigeration codes and standards, and experienced with natural refrigerants like CO₂, R404A/R448, and hydrocarbons.
- Valid KSA driving license, willing to travel 20-30% for site support and customer visits.
- Gulf region experience is a strong advantage.
