Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales Consultants with a strong background in secondary real estate sales and rental activities within Dubai.

The ideal candidate specializes in one or more key communities—such as Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, JVC, Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, or similar—and brings a proven track record of closing deals, managing client relationships, and navigating Dubai’s dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Secondary Market Sales** — Manage property listings (Bayut and Property Finder), conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close resale transactions.
  • **Rental Portfolio Management** — Handle leasing activities, tenant sourcing, renewals, and rental negotiations.
  • **Area Specialization** — Act as the go‑to expert for one or more Dubai communities, providing insights on pricing, trends, and inventory.
  • **Client Acquisition** — Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • **Market Analysis** — Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • **CRM Management** — Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions.
  • **Negotiation & Closing** — Deliver strong negotiation outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • **Real Estate Experience** — Minimum 1–3 years in Dubai’s secondary market and/or rental sector.
  • **Area Expertise** — Deep knowledge of at least one Dubai community (e.g., Marina, Downtown, JVC, Palm, etc.).
  • **Communication Skills** — Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • **Driving License** — Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • **Tech Savvy** — Comfortable using CRM systems, listing portals, and digital communication tools.
