Videographer & Content Producer

Role Overview

Primary DutiesVideo Production & Editing

• Film premium property tours, lifestyle features, agent spotlights, and brand‑focused videos
• Confidently handle professional cameras, lenses, stabilizers, and related gear
• Edit content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid ads, and website use
• Incorporate motion graphics, animated typography, and smooth transitions
• Apply color grading to achieve a refined, high‑end visual style
• Produce short‑form videos optimized for retention and engagement

Photography

• Capture polished interior, exterior, architectural, and lifestyle imagery
• Retouch and enhance photos for listings, marketing materials, and online portals
• Shoot portraits and lifestyle content for agents and brand campaigns
• Maintain consistent lighting, framing, and visual identity across all images

Social Media & Digital Content

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and descriptions tailored for engagement
• Track analytics and adjust content strategy based on performance insights
• Coordinate with agents and the marketing team to ensure timely content delivery
• Upload and optimize listings on real estate platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut

Creative & Marketing Support

• Design simple graphics for social posts, ads, and promotional materials
• Assist with visuals for landing pages and conversion‑focused campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
• Provide creative assets for Meta and Google advertising campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in videography, photography, and content creation (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video, photo, and social media work
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and CapCut
• Hands‑on experience with cameras and gimbal stabilizers is essential
• Solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and performance metrics
• Ability to produce high‑quality content quickly and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
