Headhunting, Executive Search und die Direktvermittlung von Fach- und Führungskräften (w/m/d)

in den Bereichen Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Sales und Office Support.

Du hast Zugang zu unseren weltweiten Office-Möglichkeiten, bekommst ein professionelles Onboarding über sechs Monate und kannst bis zu 100% remote arbeiten.

Aufgaben

  • Du baust dein eigenes Netzwerk aus innovativen Startups, wachsenden Mittelständlern und etablierten, börsennotierten Konzernen auf, bestehend aus Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Karriereprozess mit Talenten, vom Active Sourcing & Headhunting inkl. Interviews bis zum Vertragsangebot und darüber hinaus
  • Du führst persönliche Client Visits in diversen Branchen (Automotive, Real Estate, Marketing, Software, Bau, Logistik etc.) für Neukundenakquise und Strategieberatung bei Target-Clients durch
  • Du berätst Vorstände, C-Level und Fachkräfte zu Marktinformationen, Benchmarks und führst eigenständig Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Pitches

Dein Profil

  • 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting, Headhunting, Executive Search, Real Estate oder im B2B- bzw. Outbound-Sales
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge mit messbarem Umsatz, Deals oder Fees
  • Klare Hunter-Mentalität, sicher in Cold Calls, Follow-ups und Abschlüssen
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau oder höher sowie gutes Englisch
  • Strukturierte, unternehmerische und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicher im Umgang mit CRM, KPIs und Pipelines
