Overview
DNC Consultancy is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives.
This is a performance-based job opportunity ideal for fresher candidates who have basic computer knowledge and a strong desire to kickstart a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:** Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
- **Sales Conversion:** Convert leads into customers by effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent post-sales support and service.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on industry trends and DNC Consultancy's offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
- **Leads will be given:** DNC Consultancy has a huge number of leads database, all leads will be provided by the company
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for fresher candidates.
- Knows how to understand and speak English
- Basic computer knowledge is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willing to start immediately (1 to 3 days)
