Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated **Immigration Sales Consultant** to engage with potential clients, understand their goals, and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, sales targets, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Understand client profiles and assess suitable immigration or visa options
- Clearly explain processes, timelines, and service packages
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients through effective sales techniques
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal documentation and processing teams after conversion
- Stay updated on immigration programs, policies, and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Build long-term client relationships through professional after-sales support
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or client handling (consultancy experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated approach
- Basic understanding of overseas immigration or work visa programs is a plus
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients in English
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (candidates with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply)
- Diploma or higher qualification preferred
