Sales Consultants

**Salary:** AED 3,000 + Attractive Commission (Up to 1%)

About the Role

iWA Investments is looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, confident in dealing with clients, and eager to build a successful career in real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property presentations and meetings.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Preferred:** Candidates with previous experience in credit card sales, banking sales, insurance sales, telesales, direct sales, or any other target-driven sales environment will be given preference.

What We Offer

✅ Fixed Salary: AED 3,000 per month

✅ Commission: Up to 1% per successful sale
