With a focus on long term client relationships and outstanding customer service, we support our agents through strong management, administration, and marketing teams - ensuring they have the insights, leads, and opportunities to succeed in their role.

After excelling as a Sales or Off Plan Consultant, you may progress to a management position as you continue to grow your career.
What You'll Do
- Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
- Conduct market appraisals for listings.
- List properties on our CRM system Reapit.
- Qualify clients and arrange viewings.
- Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency.
- Keep record of properties, clients, and owners.
What You'll Need
- A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
