Role Overview
The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving both outdoor project sales and showroom sales for luxury bath fittings across the UAE market.
The role focuses strongly on villa projects, luxury residential developments, and high-end fit-out opportunities, while also ensuring an exceptional in-showroom customer experience for walk-in clients.
The position involves building relationships with architects, interior designers, villa developers, consultants, contractors, and homeowners to generate specification-driven and retail business.
A proactive field-sales approach combined with strong consultative showroom selling is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities & Contributions
- Actively identify and develop new business opportunities within luxury villa projects, residential developments, and high-end fit-out projects across the UAE.
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to architects, interior designers, villa developers, consultants, contractors, and project sites to generate leads and secure project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and homeowners to generate repeat and referral business.
- Promote the company’s portfolio of premium bath brands, ensuring strong brand positioning within the luxury residential and villa segment.
- Engage directly with homeowners, project decision-makers, and walk-in customers to understand design preferences, project requirements, and budget expectations while recommending customized bath and solutions.
- Deliver a premium showroom experience by assisting walk-in customers with concept-based and solution-oriented selling.
- Convert showroom walk-ins into sales opportunities through effective product demonstrations, relationship building, and consultative selling techniques.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and design consultations for villa and residential projects, ensuring solutions align with luxury design standards and client expectations.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through continuous follow-ups, relationship management, and strategic account development.
- Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, proposals, and project presentations while coordinating internally to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through a combination of outdoor project sales and showroom sales performance.
- Monitor upcoming villa developments, residential construction trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market penetration.
- Maintain showroom standards in line with luxury retail and visual merchandising expectations.
- Collaborate with showroom and support teams to ensure seamless customer service and effective project coordination.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, industry gatherings, and client engagement activities to enhance visibility and business development opportunities.
- Address customer concerns professionally and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support product launches and educate clients on product innovation, luxury design trends, technical features, and solution benefits.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in both outdoor/project sales and showroom sales within luxury bath/sanitary ware industries in the UAE.
- Strong exposure to villa projects, luxury residential developments, and high-end fit-out projects.
- Existing network with architects, interior designers, villa developers, consultants, contractors, and residential project stakeholders in the UAE market.
- Strong consultative selling, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage project-based sales cycles as well as retail showroom sales effectively.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong luxury brand representation and service orientation.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations, specification sales, and premium residential market dynamics.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills aligned with luxury retail standards.
- UAE driving license mandatory.
