For a client, we are currently looking for a Showroom Sales Consultant for a luxury home appliances brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the Showroom and offer them the
- premium experience.
- Identify and understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest
- appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate products and encourage customers to try them.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Assist clients via phone, emails
- Evaluate leads, identifying the high potential quotes, and following up and closing
- deals.
- Maintain monthly forecast for back orders and quotes.
- Achieve and exceed the targets set.
- Invite potential clients to the showroom for a hands-on cooking experience.
- Coordinate with the logistics and service departments for delivery and installation.
- Deal promptly and effectively with customer complaints.
- Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about all appliances.
