For a client, we are currently looking for a QA/QC Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
- Conduct inspections for Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, and Civil works.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and quality reports.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, client standards, and applicable codes.
- Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams during inspections.
- Verify testing and commissioning activities and maintain quality records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality management systems.
- Participate in project handover documentation and close-out activities.
Qualifications
5-8 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction projects, with at least 2-3 years in Data Centers, Mission-Critical Facilities, Industrial Projects, or Large-Scale MEP Projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, CQI, or relevant QA/QC certifications are preferred.
