Job Description

CreditCare Credit Management LLC is looking for a **Female Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • 3 years experience in Sales
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Must be currently in the UAE

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to **AED 3000** (based on experience)
