Job Description

We are seeking a confident and motivated **Female Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between our customers and the bank, negotiating on their behalf to help settle or restructure their debts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle **incoming leads** and **customer calls** (leads will be provided).
  • Explain our **debt management services** clearly and professionally.
  • **Follow up** with potential customers and convince them to use our services.
  • Understand customers’ financial situations and coordinate accordingly.
  • Liaise with banks in the UAE to negotiate better terms or settlements for our clients.
  • Work towards monthly **targets and performance goals**.

Requirements

  • **Female candidates only** (as per job requirement).
  • Excellent **communication and negotiation** skills.
  • Prior experience in **customer service**, **telecalling**, or **financial services** is a plus.
  • Fluent in **English**, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Must be target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
