We are looking for a motivated, trustworthy, and customer-focused **Sales, Cashier & Customer Service Executive** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in dealing with customers, and be able to manage daily sales, cash handling, and administrative tasks accurately.
Strong computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle retail and online sales inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Process sales transactions and issue invoices accurately.
- Receive cash, card, and bank transfer payments.
- Maintain accurate daily cash collections and prepare daily collection reports.
- Reconcile cash at the end of each working day and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records of sales, payments, and customer transactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Update and maintain customer information in the system.
- Use Microsoft Excel to prepare reports and maintain sales records.
- Operate a computer efficiently and learn company software quickly.
- Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with stock checking and basic inventory updates when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, cashiering, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications.
- Ability to prepare accurate daily sales and cash collection reports.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.

- English (Fluent)
- Hindi (Fluent)
Preferred
- Arabic
- Urdu, or any additional language, will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience with POS systems, billing software, or ERP systems is an advantage.
