Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
We are looking for a responsible and experienced person to manage our warehouse operations, control stock inventory, supervise warehouse staff, and report daily activities to the management.
The ideal candidate should have strong warehouse handling experience, good stock control knowledge, and the ability to manage staff, organize work, and keep proper daily records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse activities.
- Monitor and control stock movement, receiving, dispatching, and storage.
- Update inventory records regularly and ensure stock accuracy.
- Check incoming and outgoing goods properly.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and management teams regarding stock availability.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily work.
- Ensure all items are arranged properly and safely in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock checking and report any shortage, damage, or mismatch.
- Maintain proper records of stock updates, deliveries, transfers, and returns.
- Report daily warehouse activities and issues to management.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organization.
- Follow company procedures and make sure staff also follow instructions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, stock control, inventory handling, or a similar position.
- Good communication skills in **Hindi and English are mandatory**.
- Ability to supervise and control warehouse staff.
- Good knowledge of inventory update and stock management.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel or inventory software.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to update management on daily warehouse activities.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in electronics, mobile accessories, spare parts, or a trading warehouse will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be honest, active, disciplined, and able to take responsibility for complete warehouse operations.
Job Type:** Full-time
**Experience:** Warehouse / Inventory Control: minimum 2 years required
**Languages:** Hindi and English mandatory
Salary:** 2500 - 3000 AED
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
