Key Responsibilities
- Conduct call monitoring and call auditing for sales processes.
- Perform regular call calibrations with Quality, Training, and Operations teams.
- Evaluate calls using defined quality parameters and sales standards.
- Provide structured call feedback and coaching to sales executives.
- Identify quality and process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Track quality scores and maintain QA/MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to process, sales, and compliance guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement in customer experience and sales performance.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in sales process quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with call monitoring and call auditing.
- Experience conducting call calibrations.
- Strong experience providing call feedback.
- Good understanding of sales processes and quality parameters.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work closely with Operations and Training teams.
