A Dubai chocolate manufacturing factory is hiring an Outdoor Sales Executive to grow its presence across retail, HORECA, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify, visit, and develop new supermarket, coffee shop, hotel, restaurant, and corporate customers.
- Promote and sell chocolate and confectionery products; maintain existing client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer trends.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and collections.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.
Requirements
- At least two years of outdoor sales experience; FMCG, food, chocolate, or bakery experience is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai retail and HORECA market.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work is in person and involves outdoor customer visits across the market.
