The employer is hiring commercial and residential cleaners for its cleaning services team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with a cleaning or facilities management company is an advantage.
- Candidates should be hardworking, reliable, punctual, physically fit, and comfortable with demanding cleaning work.
- Candidates should be flexible for extended hours or overtime, and comfortable working outdoors when required.
- Candidates should listen well and follow cleaning procedures, checklists, and supervisor instructions.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, good personal hygiene, and professional conduct are expected.
- Basic English communication is required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Duties
- Clean commercial spaces and offices, residential properties and villas, and perform deep cleaning.
- Perform move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning.
- Clean indoors and outdoors as required.
- Use professional cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and follow company cleaning standards and supervisor instructions.
Compensation
- Full-time employment; salary is AED 1,200 per month, depending on experience.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
- Visa, accommodation, and transportation package depends on candidate status.
