- Greet customers, help with product selection, understand needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions; drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
- Support upselling and cross-selling; process transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain product displays and store presentation; replenish stock and support inventory activities.
- Handle customer queries and complaints; keep sales and customer records accurate.
- Support promotions and store activities; build customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales, customer service, or sales promotion experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused and confident in a sales environment.
- Target-driven with good selling and negotiation ability; basic knowledge of POS and retail operations.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good English communication is required; additional languages are an advantage.
