Role overview
Supervise final completion, fit-out, interior, and handover activities for a high-end villa project in Dubai.
Site supervision and coordination
- Supervise villa finishing, fit-out, architectural, and MEP works, including minor demolition, structural modifications, make-good work, and architectural changes.
- Coordinate aluminum replacements, kitchen first-fix activities, MEP work, and minor electrical power upgrades.
- Coordinate the developer, client-appointed contractors, consultants, suppliers, and specialists in aluminum, kitchen, AV, and interior work.
- Review shop drawings for site fit and buildability; inspect work against approved drawings, samples, specifications, and mock-ups.
- Reject defective or non-compliant work and supervise interior design work, furniture and kitchen installation, and AV work.
- Monitor procurement and site readiness; receive and inspect deliveries and record damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Track progress against the schedule and highlight delays or interface issues.
- Prepare snag lists, verify outstanding items are closed, and support final inspection, completion, and handover.
- Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and coordination notes.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture, construction, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in site supervision and finishing works.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination in fit-out projects.
- Experience reviewing drawings, shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups.
- Strong knowledge of snagging, quality inspection, and handover processes.
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- High-end villa or luxury residential project experience is strongly preferred.
Languages
- Fluent English is required.
- Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
Availability
Immediate availability is preferred.
