Sales Associate
who is a
Native Arabic Speaker
to join our retail sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Promote products, special offers, and new arrivals to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
- Assist in receiving, pricing, tagging, and arranging merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards within the store.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support store operations and other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Native Arabic Speaker (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or High School Certificate.
- Minimum
- 2–3 years of experience
- in retail sales, customer service, or showroom sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good customer service and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- English communication skills are preferred.
