Sales Associate (Female)
About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong product knowledge to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and ongoing promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of the sales area
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Age: Below 35 years
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of sales systems or POS is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: To be discussed
- Attractive commission based on sales performance
- Incentives based on targets achievement
- Other benefits as per UAE labor law

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
