Role Description
This full-time Sales Associate role is an on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for sourcing and managing leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing customer relationships, and supporting clients in understanding the benefits of Casim’s eInvoicing solutions.
Key responsibilities
include preparing sales reports, achieving sales targets, following up on potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
The role is instrumental in driving new business opportunities and supporting the company’s growth in the UAE.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and account management experience
- Knowledge or experience in sales, negotiation, and client relations
- Must be comfortable with outbound calling
- Understanding of UAE eInvoicing regulations and digital financial solutions is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in presenting solutions and delivering impactful product demonstrations
- Strong analytical, organisational, and multitasking abilities
- English as a first language
