About the Role
VFX is expanding its presence in the UAE and is hiring
Sales Associates (Junior & Senior)
to support the growth of our scaling FX and Payments business.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performance environment, working with clients across international payments and foreign exchange.
Whether you're early in your career or bringing established experience, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and building long-term client relationships.
We are also open to experienced hires based in the UK who are interested in joining our London office initially, with the opportunity to transition to Dubai as the business scales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients
- Engaging with businesses to understand their FX and payments needs
- Delivering a consultative sales approach across VFX’s product offering
- Working towards individual revenue targets and contributing to team growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to support client onboarding and retention
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a target-driven approach
- Interest in financial markets, FX, and international payments
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
For Senior Sales Associates
- Prior experience in FX, payments, or financial services
- Significant track record of generating revenue and managing client relationships
