Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through walk-in clients, cold calling, and effective lead follow-ups, ensuring successful deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the luxury and wellness segments.
• Manage client inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups, offering personalized solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain, track, and actively nurture a large database of leads and existing clients within the CRM system, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion into showroom visits, site meetings, and confirmed sales opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and develop tailored project briefs and execution plans to deliver optimal solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, clearly communicating features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, installation, and operations) to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project updates, and client communications.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches.
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective strategies.
• Keep organized documentation of customer interactions, quotations, and transactions within CRM or reporting systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or wellness products.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in client handling, product presentations, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Professional appearance and strong client engagement skills.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
