Position Overview
The Sales cum Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective members while simultaneously driving sales and occupancy targets for the workspace.
The role combines front-office administration, customer service excellence, lead generation, client relationship management, and workspace sales responsibilities.
The successful candidate shall be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, managing daily reception activities, conducting workspace tours, converting inquiries into memberships, and supporting the smooth operation of the business centre.
Key Responsibilitiesreception & Front Office Management
- Welcome clients, members, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain a polished and professional front-office environment.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in enquiries.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate offices, meeting rooms, or personnel.
- Manage visitor registrations and maintain visitor logs.
- Coordinate courier deliveries, mail handling, and administrative correspondence.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and operational prior to client use.
- Assist members with day-to-day workspace requirements and support requests.
Sales & Business Development
- Respond promptly to all sales enquiries received through various channels.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct professional workspace tours for prospective clients.
- Present coworking memberships, serviced office solutions, virtual offices, and meeting room packages.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update lead statuses regularly.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional workspace services to existing clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and member retention.
- Address client concerns and coordinate timely resolution with relevant departments.
- Gather client feedback and recommend service improvements.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere within the workspace.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records and contracts.
- Update CRM systems and occupancy reports.
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment follow-ups, and membership documentation.
- Maintain filing systems and operational records.
- Support management with reports, occupancy statistics, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Experienceeducation
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, real estate, business centres, coworking spaces, or sales-related roles.
- Prior experience within coworking spaces, serviced offices, hotels, or commercial real estate will be advantageous.

- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Mandarin shall be considered an advantage.

Compensation Structure
- Fixed Monthly Salary.
- Sales Commission and Performance Incentives.
- Annual Leave and Public Holidays as per UAE Labour Law.

- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
