Sales Executive – German Speaking **(DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T SPEAK GERMAN)**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic German-speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai specializing in corporate services.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our company's real estate properties and corporate services, such as company set up, residency & visa processing, company auditing, accounting, business bank account opening or legal services, to German-speaking clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets within the German-speaking market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

Develop a deep understanding of corporate services, and industry trends to effectively showcase the value and benefits to clients.

Identify and pursue potential leads through market research, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to German-speaking clients, highlighting the unique features and advantages of our offerings.

Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their individual requirements.

Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients, addressing any concerns or objections, and ultimately closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, prospects, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and business partners to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, client feedback, and sales performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must have driver’s license

Located in Dubai

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German

Proficiency in English

Proven track record of successful sales experience

Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships

Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a proactive and tenacious approach to sales

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals, addressing client objections and concerns effectively

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches.

Highly independent and self-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software and tools

Good time management and organizational skills
