Serve as a welcoming customer-facing representative of the brand.
Provide high-level service throughout the shop floor, cash desk, and fitting rooms.
Responsibilities
- Initiate customer conversations and provide proactive assistance.
- Assist customers at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and shop floor.
- Process deliveries and replenish stock.
- Merchandise garments on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with the team to create positive shopping experiences.
Candidate profile
- Engage customers and deliver excellent service.
- Adapt to changing priorities and customer requests.
- Take initiative and complete work with quality.
- Communicate clearly and actively listen to customer needs.
- Remain open to feedback and opportunities to learn.
- Show enthusiasm for the brand and collection.
- Be available for varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of fabrics and confidence advising on fashion trends, materials, and sizing are preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
- Part-time position with a contract of 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Compensation is $17.50 per hour.
