About This Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist with a deep background in the Home Appliances industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our OEM brand portfolio. You will bridge the gap between product development, distribution, and market execution, ensuring our brand becomes a household name in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Lead the strategic growth of our OEM brand within the home appliances sector (MDA/SDA).
- Distribution Strategy: Manage relationships with key retail partners and distributors across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences to position our OEM products effectively.
- Sales Execution: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the manufacturing principles (OEM) and the local sales force to ensure product specifications meet market needs.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in the Home Appliances Distribution sector.
- OEM Knowledge: Proven track record in managing or launching OEM/Private Label brands.
- Market Insight: Strong existing network within the UAE electronics and home appliance retail landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Abu Dhabi.
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
