The Sales Associate will support store sales, customer experience, and day-to-day retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide product information.
- Achieve sales targets through active promotion, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, pricing, and services.
- Assist with product display and organization to keep the store visually appealing and well stocked.
- Help with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills are needed for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 3,500 per month.
