Creative Multimedia Specialist

About the role

Videography and video editing

• Shoot video for campaigns, reels, product launches, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Handle lighting, framing, and post-production independently.

Graphic design

• Create on-brand graphics for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and in-store use.
• Design promotional banners, flyers, and lookbook layouts.
• Maintain brand consistency across visual output.

Social media management

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow community presence.
• Track analytics and report performance metrics.

Content creation

• Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing campaigns and brand direction.
• Write captions, short-form copy, and content briefs.
• Stay ahead of trends and bring relevant ideas to the team.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar multimedia or creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, editing, and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong sense of composition, colour, and typography; ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry experience is a strong advantage.
