Role overview

Sales and client consulting

• Convert leads generated through marketing platforms into business.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their businesses, and guide them through UAE business setup.
• Explain service offerings and local business setup laws; recommend opportunities and advantages of different UAE zones.
• Research clients’ intended businesses and the implications of operating in different zones.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to provide added client value.

Coordination and reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams to keep clients informed about progress.
• Liaise with licensing authorities to facilitate company setup and with bankers on account opening and related services.
• Prepare and present sales reports; ensure accurate documentation is submitted on time.
• Attend networking events, manage partner relationships, and share insights with the marketing team.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, with a record of generating business.
• Proactive, confident, quick-thinking, and self-starting approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; presentable.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage documents and databases.
• Integrity, dependability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
