Role overview

Responsibilities

• Convert leads from marketing platforms and meet prospective clients to understand their businesses and advise them through UAE business setup.
• Explain service offerings and relevant local laws; recommend business opportunities and advantages of different UAE zones.
• Research intended business activities and their implications across zones; coordinate with internal teams and licensing authorities on setup progress.
• Coordinate with bankers on account openings and related services; ensure documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
• Prepare sales reports, attend networking events, manage partner relationships, and share insights with marketing.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to deliver added value and promote the firm’s offerings.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, with a track record of generating business.
• Proactive, confident, quick-thinking approach; excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage documents and databases.
• Integrity, dependability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
