Overview

This is a junior, entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who is eager to build a foundation in sales, business development, and client operations.

You will be on the ground introducing Prypco Advance to real estate agencies and brokers across Dubai, onboarding them onto the platform, keeping them engaged, and supporting the day-to-day operations that keep things running smoothly.

You do not need years of experience.

You need to be organised, confident speaking to people, willing to learn the product inside out, and motivated to hit your targets.

Full training and support will be provided.

Sales & Business Development

  • Reach out to real estate agencies and brokers across Dubai through calls, visits, and emails introducing them to Prypco Advance and the 72-hour commission payout model
  • Book and attend meetings with agency principals and brokers to pitch Prypco Advance, answer questions, and address any concerns
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until they are onboarded and actively using the platform
  • Work towards clear monthly targets for new agency sign-ups and platform activity
  • Support the wider Prypco Services team by introducing onboarded agency partners to other Prypco offerings such as Golden Visa and Will Services when the opportunity arises

Account Management & Relationships

  • Maintain regular contact with onboarded agency partners to ensure they are actively using Prypco Advance and are satisfied with the service
  • Be the first point of contact for any partner questions, concerns, or requests and escalate internally when needed
  • Re-engage inactive accounts and keep relationships warm between transactions

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity, meetings, and account status using spreadsheets or tracking tools agreed with the team
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and follow-ups to ensure new agency accounts are set up quickly and correctly
  • Report on your pipeline and progress weekly to the Prypco Advance team lead
  • Help coordinate between the sales and services teams to ensure a smooth handoff when cross-selling into Golden Visa or other Prypco Services products
