Key Responsibilities
To Perform / Monitor day to day finance activities Sales Invoice booking Purchase Invoice booking Bank and Credit card Transactions booking Cash flow Management / Daily cash position Property Management (Rent Received, Expenses Paid, Revenue - Reconciliation) Supplier / Customer reconciliation Payable management Communication with operations department To perform month end activities Provision booking and reversal Prepaid booking and reversal Depreciation Bank and Credit card reconciliation Payment Gateway reconciliation To Close Monthly books of accounts in line with IFRS Knowledge of UAE VAT Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax Monthly MIS Finance process improvements Liaise with auditors.
