Sales Assistant/Cashier

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales and coordination activities.
• Prepare quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Communicate with customers, respond to enquiries, follow up on leads, and assist in converting enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely deliveries.

Candidate requirements

• Minimum two years of UAE experience, preferably in sales; freshers with strong potential may also be considered.
• English and Hindi proficiency are required; Malayalam is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Experience using at least two major ERP systems is required.
• Good customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are expected.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, machinery, or related industries is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1,500 to AED 2,500 per month; salary depends on performance, qualifications, and fulfillment of the required criteria.
