Role overview
Sales and customer subscription role for healthy meal packages; work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Explain healthy meal subscription packages and offers; follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into subscriptions.
- Manage subscriptions, renewals, and expiry dates, and maintain customer records, requests, and meal preferences.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to fulfill requests.
- Handle feedback and complaints, follow up on resolutions, achieve sales targets, and prepare follow-up reports.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Previous sales or customer service experience; restaurant or healthy meal subscription experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in computer use, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work within a team.
