About The Role

As a Sales and Service Engineer based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will play a key role in promoting and supporting a portfolio of advanced laboratory instruments, including Flour & Dough Analyzers, NIR, discrete analyzers, and other analytical technologies.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with clients across various industries, providing expert product knowledge, technical support, and hands-on assistance during installation, commissioning, and ongoing operations.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen, while contributing to the success of a leading provider of scientific solutions in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for analytical/laboratory instruments (NIR, Flour & Dough Analyzers, Discrete Analyzers, etc.)
  • Perform product demos, customer training, and pre-/post-sales technical support
  • Manage installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across industries
  • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Coordinate internally to ensure customer satisfaction and growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in the sales and servicing of analytical instruments, with a focus on Flour & Dough Analyzers, NIR instruments, and discrete analyzers.
  • Strong technical background in chemistry-related instrumentation and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
