Position overview
Entry-level, full-time, onsite sales-support and operations position in Calgary, reporting to the Operations Manager.
The role combines customer sales support with operational and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders by phone, email, and internal online ordering systems; investigate and resolve complaints.
- Update customers on order status, delivery timelines, and product shortages; complete daily order allocations.
- Work with buyers to meet customer demand and manage daily and weekly pricing updates.
- Use the ERP system to generate shipping labels, invoices, and related documents; enter shipment details for receiving.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and driver manifests, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Candidate requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication and demonstrated customer-service experience and skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced work; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and personable customer representation; strong organization and time management.
- Ability to work in a team and independently, taking initiative to complete daily tasks.
Shift
- Intended shift: Tuesday and Wednesday 8 a.m.–4 p.m.; Thursday and Friday 11 p.m.–7 a.m.; Saturday 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
- The schedule is flexible and may change based on business needs.
Compensation
- The posting lists a salary range of $40,000–$45,000 without stating a pay cadence.
