Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting solutions, and closing sales to support business growth.

The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital outreach, and track performance metrics to optimize results.

Daily responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships, providing high-quality service, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering product or service presentations and training to clients when needed.

The role also requires preparing sales reports, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional writing.
  • Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in Training, with the ability to explain products, systems, or processes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Management capabilities, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and collaboration on sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools, and familiarity with CRM platforms and basic data analysis.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

(Including a 1-hour break)
