About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented **Sales & Marketing Executive** to promote and sell a wide range of construction and interior materials across the UAE.
You’ll work closely with contractors, developers, interior designers, and end customers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, interior designers, and consultants
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold outreach
- Present and demonstrate products including flooring, tiles, lighting, paints, wood finishes, and more
- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales while maintaining profitability
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Conduct site visits to understand project needs and offer technical guidance
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales experience in construction materials / building materials / interior fit-outs (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction and interior materials
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong networking skills within the construction/design ecosystem
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
